UV adhesives.

Adhesives used in the manufacturing of glass objects, or glass-metal objects. Single-component adhesives requiring UV technology.

For glass bonding using UV adhesives we supply UV and light curing adhesives made by the German brand DELO and Italian manufacturer LOXEAL

Loxeal adhesives
Adhesives used for bonding glass with glass, glass with metal and glass with plastics in the manufacturing of glass furniture and decorative items. UV light is used to cure the adhesive. The adhesives have different viscosity, firmness and elasticity and so it is possible to choose an adhesive for a specific application.

DELO adhesives
For glass bonding we use single-component solvent-free acrylate-based adhesives. The adhesives are fully firm in seconds, when using UV lamps. Adhesives suitable for larger production units or automated production.

We also supply the necessary technology with the mentioned adhesives, for example UV lamps corresponding to individual types of adhesives. 

Resin.
Two-component high-strength adhesives used for bonding structural components made from glass, coloured glass, glass and metal. Used for potting components.

Flexible adhesives.
Adhesives used for the flexible bonding of glass and metals. Used in particular for the bonding of the refrigerator doors, humidors and cooling cabinets.

For glass bonding using flexible adhesives we offer two-component adhesive with the MS polymer base.

We use the latest technology for glass bonding, from professional UV lamps intended for serial production, more affordable UV lamps for intended for smaller productions to manual two-component adhesive applicators, automatic applicators or application nozzles. .
